1. Open the application. 
2. If the application does not open go to Problem Section
3. You can print an application and mail it to the Contacts in this list or
4. Complete it online.
5. Complete the first three fields by clicking on one of the check boxes for private pay, housing authority or rent to own.
6. Complete the next fields by filling in information like name, address and employer.
7. Once you have completed all the fields click the save button at the top of the menu.
8. Save the file application.pdf in a easy to find place like the desktop or "My Documents"
9. If you are going to bring it with you to view the property print it out and you are finished.
10. If you want to email it to our office for our personnel to review then follow the next steps.
11. Create a email.
12. Address it to app@27870.com
13. In the subject insert,  Please process this application.
14. Attach the application to the email.
15. If using Outlook Email and don't know how to attach a document look at the menu
    1. Choose Insert
    2. Select File
    3. Browse to location of Application.PDF
    4. Click on Application.PDF
16. You are ready to send the application.
     

Problem Section

Application.PDF will not open on your computer.  Adobe Reader  is commonly used program to view information on the internet.  You need to download a free program published by Adobe called Adobe Acrobat Reader.  I have provided a link to Adobe so you can get the most current version available from the publisher.
