How This Works

1. Sign in with your invited rental account and request membership.
2. The site owner reviews the request and approves landlords personally known to them.
3. Approved members enter a move notice, check the confirmations and review the exact email.
4. Click Send Now to deliver individual emails immediately. Reply to the sender for questions or corrections.
5. Use Unsubscribe here or in any notice to stop future emails.

The website keeps membership details and delivery counts. Notice text and photos are held temporarily in a private session for preview, then removed from the application's session when submitted or when an expired draft is next accessed. Hosting systems and recipients' mailboxes may retain copies. There is no searchable tenant archive or daily digest. Do not treat a name match as proof of identity or make an eligibility decision from this notice alone.

Legal reference: Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681a(d)(2)(A)(i). The provision concerns certain reports limited to the sender's own transactions or experiences. A sender confirmation does not guarantee legal compliance or independent accuracy.
